Tuesday- Peter has finally stopped for the night in Moab, UT. He just called and we figured out the best route to take for the rest of the trip, which is different from Moab than from Olympia.
He only has about 1200 miles left to go! yay! half way!
He'll go south on 191 which becomes 491, then hit 40 to go east to Amarillo. In Amarillo he'll head SE on 287 to the Fort Worth Dallas area where he will get on 45 going south into Houston.
Emily-Peter will probably call you tommorow evening to get from 1-45 south to your house.
I think Peter will get to Houston Thursday Evening. I'm so excited for him to get this drive over with.

I can't believe he is doing it by himself. I would be nervous. Luckily he made it to Moab. We had a snow storm this morning.
yeah he encountered some ice in Cortez, CO but he said everything was clearing up and the road crews were taking care of the rest.
