I have a severe case of nesting syndrome. This is a primitive act that soon to be Mothers go through, basically I am tearing apart my house and reorganizing everything! I am coming up on 5 months this week and that is about when I had a severe burst of nesting with Violet. Peter came home to find me rearranging our bedroom furniture ( this included moving a king size mattress around to just the right spot!) Today my nesting instinct hit the closets. I just couldn't handle having my shoe rack out in the entry way anymore but I couldn't fit it in the closet unless I did some major rearranging. So here is a picture of my closet all organized and clean. I am so proud.
The next closet was the storage closet. Here is a picture of what it looked like before. It would make any non pregnant person crazy so you can imagine what it was doing to my temporarily insane mind. So everything had to come out!
Here is everything out in the living room. Violet had a great time helping me open everything and throwing things around. I got a lot more done when she finally fell asleep and took a nap.
Here is the storage closet after. All the baby clothes are organized by size and there is a box of Unisex items handy in case this baby turns out to be a boy. and I put things in there based on how soon I would need them so my High School yearbooks are in the back corner and the stroller is right in front. Overall it was a day well spent. Next on the nesting list is the Kitchen ( particularly my tupperware cupboard), the bathrooms, and my craft/office shelves. I am strangely looking forward to this. Pregnancy makes you truly insane. Below is Violet's Video, she is whining for her Bink I Thought it was pretty funny. She has been going without her Bink quite a bit except for the last two days she has been a little sick.
