We spent the day at Emily and Jonathan's, we watched the boys while E & J went to the temple. The kids were great and we have some fun pics and video but it's been a long day so I think they will have to wait for another day. Also it's been hot today, Emily said their car thermometer said 100 when they went into the temple and 109 when they came out....phew! It's 7:30 pm and it's 88.

for a ten minute ride to the hospital!!!
So we got the ambulance bill today and for a ten minute ride to the hospital they want over 2 grand! Thank goodness our health insurance covers it! that's a bit ridiculous, they charged me 8.40 for aspirin, that was for a heart attack I wasn't having.... Unless I'm bleeding to death or unconscious I'm never getting in an ambulance again!

I am so glad you have a blog. I think you're adorable and check your blog all the time. Its so nice to keep in touch. I'd like to come visit sometime before Dec 28th when I have to buy Olivia's ticket. Probably October or so. I don't know if thats too crazy for you with the two kids but just think about it and let me know. And we don't have to go to many places. Olivia and violet can just play
I can answer the 8.40 asprin! 1 person out of every 300 people that go to the ER pay a portion of their bill. Now keep in mind that even the 1 person may have state insurance already. So due to the fact that no one is paying we have to charge you 2 grand to break even. I'm not even kidding. Multicare bought out Good Sam in Puyallup last year because they went bankrupt..sad isn't it.
I can see why people don't pay their bill, I just laughed when I saw the charges. They charged me extra because I live on a second story. No wonder our health care system is so screwed up, I'm paying for everyone else too! Oh well I think my insurance pays 100% of ambulance after like $100 deductible so really I only have to pay for them to walk up some stairs and a few baby aspirin.
Come on down for a visit! I'd love to have you guys come for a few days. We are planning on blessing the baby October 11th if you want to come then. I'm going to head back up to WA and spend a couple weeks after that so I'll be in WA till the end of October I think.
You went to the Hospital? Maybe I forgot I read that in a previous posting. Yikes. I know that for Craig we call the Ambulance, but if he is going to go to the hospital I drive him. Its crazy expensive just to hangout there.
