Just killing time

Peter was officially laid off this week.  We are feeling ok about this since he was planning to put in notice this week anyways.  He's only been home for like half a day and we are already kind of bored.  With Peter home, it takes less than half the amount of time to get the daily chores done and we've gotten as far as we want to with packing and sorting stuff that we pretty much need stuff to do.
Violet has enjoyed have Peter home and is having so much fun with newly rediscovered toys!  She found the Guitar hero Guitar and has really loved rocking out in the newly emptied closet.  She is such a funny kid.  But yeah we are bored so today we are taking a family outing to get gas in the car and buy a gallon of milk!  Tomorrow we are going to watch the Wood boys while Emily and Jonathan head to the temple and enjoy a rare day off together so that should be a fun day.  But seriously we have two more weeks of this.  I've only got two library books that should take me to the end of the weekend so I have a feeling we'll be watching old movies and walking around the library a lot!
Here I am at 31 weeks and 5 days!   That baby is getting big in there!  I am still feeling great and have the ok to get on the plane at 34 weeks.  My last Texas midwife appointment is Monday and my first WA appointment is the 21st, so I won't even be off schedule by more than a few days.  I'm glad I found a Dr to take me though, it is hard to find a Dr that will take someone who is entering her last month of pregnancy.  Plus I get to deliver at St. Peter's which is where I was born!  how cool is that!?!  Anyways, we are doing fine and we are looking forward to moving on to the next phase, we just have to figure out exactly what that phase is going to entail.

It is funny how when your husband is home for a long time, sometimes you get bored. That's 2 bad you have 2 weeks of sitting around. Soak in Texas and visit everything you can. Who knows when you'll ever get to go back.
