I turned 30...how did I do on my little list?

HA HA HA HA....I didn't do most of them :)
But I did a few and I think I had a really great year.

1. I did the triathlon, the jingle bell dash, the women's moon run and I'm training for the YW Virtue run in a few weeks, and the triathlon this september.

2. We sorted through a ton of junk in our storage and we are currently sorting through a ton of junk in our apartment.  We have had a garage sale, and taken many trips to the DI and Goodwill.  De cluttering feels so good!

3. I became a bike rider....I even had my first crash and necessary repair- Shout out to my riding partner Rachel for not laughing at me in my bike shorts...HOT

4.  I think I do average about 5 days a week working out, I started the couch to 5k program and completed it a few times, now I am jogging, biking or swimming about 5 days a week.  Thank goodness for our treadmill cause I don't get out of the house that often without the kids in the summer!

5. I didn't read all of the Book of Mormon, but I did start this book called the book of mormon made easier.  I am really enjoying it, the author includes a lot of great details, facts and analysis that I usually just glaze over when I'm reading.

6.  If I don't read my BOM I usually read a conference talk or listened to it on my phone.  It's a great thing to listen to right before you fall asleep.

7.  Go someplace new- Peter and I went to Hawaii, which is awesome.  We have caught the travel bug.  When I graduate we are going to Vegas!

8. I am about a year into my paralegal program.  I love it.  I am so glad I started this program, it really gives me something to work on while the girls are in school that is more interesting than housework.  I've also made some good friends and I should be done next fall.

9. I have yet to grow a vegetable....maybe someday.  I helped harvest a few though!  does that count?....no? ok I will try again next year....or not.

Ok so of the 30 things I set out to do, I actually did 8.  But I am really proud of those 8 things.  29 was a great year.  What should my goals for this year be?  I'm thinking I may try to top my record and do 10 :)

you are such a wonderful person! I'd love to buy you lunch and celebrate your birthday! How about if I get us a babysitter and we can drive up north to meet Shannon.
